ATM First-Line Maintenance Service, Malfunction Response and Courier Services. From our start with a single contract and 2
initial ATM's Elyte-ATM, Inc. has experienced the fastest growth rate of all ATM first line service companies in the Southwest.
In April 1992, a new corporation, Elyte-ATM Services, Inc. was formed to recapitalize Elyte-ATM, Inc. and provide the management
team and capital resources to keep ELYTE well ahead of it's competition.

All cash replenishment is performed by ATM Armor Uniformed Technicians,
using armored vehicles. Third-party, tamper-indicating cash cassettes are utilized when available. The ATM cash replenishment
team responsibilities including:
- Currency replenishment
- Replenishment of all media supplies
- Removal of magnetic cards and from capture bins
- Removal of contents from depository container
- Check journal for error message
- Make certain the ATM is operating properly

Armed Uniformed Technicians
also perform first-line maintenance operating under “Dual Control”. Technicians can make minor repair to ATMs
and offer guard services to ATM vendors when field engineering service is required. First-line service includes:
