Stanley P. Benavidez, President/CEO and Owner
Mr. Benavidez began his career as a job coach/caseworker for Albuquerque Public Schools.  During his four years working for the public school system, he assisted handicapped youths with job development, placement and training.  He furthered his management skills in 1993 when he began serving as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff in Bernalillo County.  During his three years as a Deputy Sheriff, he began his career with Elyte ATM Services, Inc.  As a technician.  Since then, Mr. Benavidez earned various promotions including consultant, branch manager, director of operations, VP of operations and executive vice president.

Mr. Benavidez holds a BA in criminal justice and psychology.  Throughout his professional career, he has continued his community involvement.  In 2002, Mr. Benavidez joined the US department of energy to extend his service in the regional training academy.  In all, he has developed a strong community presence with a dedication to public service and law enforcement.

Rafael Gutierrez, Executive Vice President and Business Development Manager
Mr. Gutierrez brings a wealth of knowledge derived from his years of experience in business and economic development throughout New Mexico.  He implemented his management, marketing, sales and manufacturing knowledge in positions of president and manager for many companies and corporations including Bank of New Mexico, Inovar, Gammaceutics and Continental Airlines.  In addition, Mr. Gutierrez has owned several successful companies, such as Casa De Rafael, Amigo Travel and his current company, Automated Financial Technologies.

Mr. Gutierrez completed his education at the American Institute of Banking, University of New Mexico.  In addition, he earned certifications in professional selling and negotiation skills.  Mr. Gutierrez maintains strong contacts within the community due to his service on the Board of directors of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, New Mexico First and New Mexico as a lobbyist and as the president of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.

Gilbert J. Herrera, Vice President of Security Services
Mr. Herrera has worked in the law enforcement field for thirteen years.  He is also a five year Army veteran serving during Operation Desert Storm.  During his career, Mr. Herrera has held titles such as Specialist, Sergeant, Police Officer, Detective, Vice President and President of security services.  Mr. Herrera joined Elyte Services in 2006, bringing over 20 years of law enforcement and security experience.  Mr. Herrera is active in the community, volunteering to coach and sponsor youth basketball, football and baseball.

Mr. Herrera holds various certificates and accolades for leadership, management, security and law enforcement accomplishments.

James Hininger, Director of Business Administration
Mr. Hininger joined Elyte Services from the private sector where he was a successful business owner for several years.  He has 10 years experience with Elyte and has served as branch manager, state manager, project manager and human resource manager.  Mr. Hininger has worked in each branch of Elyte Services and has opened multiple territories.  He earned his BA in Business and Math from New Mexico Highlands University
